MissionManaging crew planning and mobilization by ensuring the optimal assignment of seafarers according to project requirements, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Recruiting and onboarding maritime personnel by identifying suitable candidates, coordinating their integration, and supporting their professional development to meet the company’s operational and strategic needs.
Managing crew administration and employment contracts, including payroll follow-up, leave management, and personnel records, while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Monitoring compliance and certifications by ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and maintaining up-to-date mandatory certifications, contributing to the safe and efficient execution of operations.
Managing visa applications and immigration-related processes for crew members.
Ensuring compliance with client accreditation requirements, including ADNOC and ARAMCO registration and approval processes.
Proven experience in crewing or maritime operations
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and labour law
Fluent English and good command of Microsoft Office
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication
Strong leadership, with integrity, discretion and a solution-oriented mindset

Sectoren: Offshore-energie (hernieuwbare energie, olie en gas), maritieme civiele techniek, onderzeese oplossingen (ROV's) en wereldwijde maritieme ondersteuning/scheepsmanagement.
Voorkeur opleidingsniveau: Beroepsopleiding/MBO voor bemannings- en technische functies; Bachelor/Master (HBO/WO) voor ingenieurs, scheepsbouwkunde en bedrijfsmanagement.
Voorkeur opleiding: Scheepsbouwkunde, Maritieme techniek, Nautische wetenschappen (Kapitein/Hoofdofficier), Civiele techniek en Financiën/Bedrijfskunde.
Carrièreniveau: Alle niveaus, inclusief ervaren officieren, senior ingenieurs, gespecialiseerde projectmanagers en professionals in het bedrijfsleven.
