Junior System Support Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious System Support Analyst to join our IT team. In this role you will take ownership of day-to-day IT systems support, troubleshooting, and operational tasks, working closely with senior team members to keep systems running smoothly and users well supported across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for IT systems, applications, and user requests.

• Log, track, and update support tickets in the service desk system.

• Analyse and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.

• Perform routine system checks and report abnormalities to senior engineers.

• Maintain documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles.

• Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialist teams when needed.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written (required).

• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software tools.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Analytical, structured approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

• Ability to follow procedures and work systematically.

• Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems (an advantage, but not required).

• Openness to occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or related role.

• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
