Your Work Context

Would you like to be part of a dynamic and growing team where you play a key role within the accounting department? In this diverse position, you will combine administrative responsibilities with accounting support while contributing to the ongoing digitalization and optimization of our processes.

Your Role

In this role you will be assisting with the day-to-day bookkeeping as well as administrative tasks in the accounting department in Luxembourg as part of a dynamic and growing team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Management of accounts payable
    • Assistance in registration of purchase invoices
    • Checking invoices
    • Digitalisation and automation of processes
  • Administrative management such as
    • Management of reminders and e-mail inboxes
    • Updating databases

You will report directly to the accounting manager.

What do you need to have?

  • You have an accounting assistant knowledge or at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are comfortable using IT and the usual Office tools. 
  • You are organised and meticulous. 
  • You are a team player and work independently.
  • You are a fluent English and French speaker.
