Do you have experience in project management, ideally in construction, and are you a talented organizer? At ELA, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. As the central point of contact for our technical teams, you will ensure that processes run smoothly and identify problems at an early stage

Your future role

Ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget

Serving as a central point of contact for our technical teams, clients, and other project participants to ensure a smooth flow of information

Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and technical requirements

Proactively conducting risk analyses to identify and resolve potential challenges at an early stage

What you bring to the team

Experience in project management, ideally in construction or a related industry – basic knowledge of project management is required

Completed training or studies in the field of construction, engineering, or a related subject area

Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Willingness to quickly grasp and understand technical details

Ability to identify challenges early on and act in a solution-oriented manner
