Your future role

Design and implementation of data pipelines based on Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric

Development and maintenance of data models for analytical and operational applications

Management of databases and data lakes to ensure data quality and security

Close collaboration with data scientists, analysts and other departments to develop data-driven solutions

Monitoring and optimisation of the data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and storage

What you bring to the team

A degree in (Business) Computer Science, an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development, data and process analysis, or a similar qualification

Professional experience in the field of data engineering, ideally with knowledge of big data technologies

In-depth knowledge of database management, ETL processes and data modelling

In-depth knowledge of Azure Synapse and/or Microsoft Fabric

Programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python or Java

Very good written and spoken German and English
