To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a Production Operator (m/f/x) to join the work planning and cutting department at Weimar GmbH in Lotte—a company of the ELA Group—as soon as possible.

Your future role

Work planning and material cutting for production

Cutting materials according to drawings, bills of materials, and work orders

Operating machines and tools

Quality control of manufactured parts

Optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

What you bring to the team

Work experience in production, cutting, or work planning is a plus

Manual dexterity and a meticulous, quality-conscious approach to work

Willingness to perform hands-on work and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks

Independence, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team

Good knowledge of German
