To support the safe, efficient, and timely servicing, maintenance, inspection, and mobilization of equipment while ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, maintaining accurate documentation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and delivering reliable technical support to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

A relevant tertiary qualification in Diploma in Electronics or Electronics & Instrumentation. 1 to 3 Years’ experience is required with a minimum of 1-2 years as “in-field” experience in a related industry.  Conduct fault diagnosis on the PCB to identify defective components.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP systems.  Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as required.  Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.  Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.  Willingness to learn and teach.  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and service documentation.  Creative, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. Skills for using Tools: Multimeter, Megger, ClampMeter, External Supply. Battery Charger, Screwdriver, spanners & sockets sets (Metric & imperial), Allen keys, measuring instruments, bench-wise, hack saw, punch etc.

Key ResponsibilitiesComply with company QHSE policies, safe work practices, and client safety requirements during all service activities.  Assist Service/Senior Engineers in servicing, inspection, maintenance, and repair of company-owned and client-owned equipment at workshops and project sites.  Ensure tools, test equipment, equipments needed for calibration and workshop facilities are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.  Manage equipment mobilization and demobilization, ensuring accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.  Conduct equipment inspections, prepare service reports, and support troubleshooting activities. Conduct fault diagnosis on the PCB to identify defective components.  Coordinate with Sales and Logistics for timely equipment movement and availability.  Maintain accurate inventory, equipment tracking, service records, and material movement in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.  Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop, warehouse, and project sites.  Maintain service documentation, including signed job completion records, for internal reference and invoicing
​​​​​​​Support research and development (R&D) activities and continuous improvement of equipment and service processes.  Perform other technical and maintenance duties assigned by the Service/Senior Engineers.  Support emergency breakdowns and field service activities, including travel to client locations as required.  Participate in technical training and continuously develop product and service knowledge.
