Document Controller

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage and Controls registers (lists) and files documents in our SharePoint based Document Management System;
• Managing and processing of internal and external documents;
• Checks compliance and quality of documents;
• Distributes documents;
• Handling correspondence;

ABOUT YOU

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control;
• Proficiencyin written and spoken English & German;
• Minimum 40hrs availability;
• Living in the Netherlands within 1 hour travelling distance of Van Oord office (Rotterdam).
