Water clerk - full-time

We are looking to expand our port agencies in Brunsbüttel, Hamburg and Rendsburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Check of nominations, calculation of proforma disbursement accounts, invoicing and monitoring of incoming payments.
• Creating, processing and documenting orders, incl. arranging of necessary service providers
• Registration with authorities and continuous communication with all parties involved
• Clearance of incoming and outgoing vessels – also on call outside normal office hours
• Support of the vessels´ crew

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a shipping and chartering agent
  (with a Certificate of graduation by the competent chamber of industry and commerce)
• Strong customer oriented mindset and dedication to service
• Good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS-Office programs
• Ability to work independently and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team
• Car driving license
