The Development Program

You’ll complete the program as a trusted professional, ready for broader responsibility, stretch roles, or specialist pathways aligned with business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as inspection, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions
Support day-to-day operational and project activities
Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work
Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values
Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices

Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience)
Degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data, or related fields
