Join Dixstone's Finance team and help keep our cost base sharp, transparent, and under control.

As Cost Analyst, you play a key role in supporting the financial closing process and ensuring costs across the organisation are accurately allocated, tracked, and understood. You work closely with business controllers, supply chain, and operations teams, acting as the go-to person for questions on actual expenses — helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.

  • Review and approve purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation.

  • Monitor and analyze actual expenses, identifying variances and driving cost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with business controllers, supply chain, and operations teams to gather and analyze financial data.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to actual expenses.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with a genuine "can-do" attitude.

  • Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.

  • Fluency in French, spoken and written, is a must.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset across teams and departments.
