To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Sales Process & Systems Analyst (m/f/x) who will analyze our sales processes, further develop systems such as ERP, CRM, and SAP, and drive exciting integration projects forward.

Your future role

Analyzing and further developing our sales processes with the goal of simplifying workflows, increasing transparency, and efficiently supporting sales

Providing technical support and further developing Salesforce and SAP from a sales perspective, as well as identifying specific areas for optimization

Training and supporting users in the use of Salesforce, SAP, and other sales-related systems

Gathering, organizing, and prioritizing requirements from the sales departments and translating them into technical process and system requirements

Supporting and coordinating sales-related projects and initiatives from requirements gathering through successful implementation

Working closely with our national and international sales units, as well as liaising with Application Management, IT, and other departments

What you bring to the team

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualifications obtained through a comparable completed business apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk (m/f/d))

Initial professional experience in a sales environment, for example as a Sales Analyst, Sales Operations Manager, Business Analyst (m/f/d), or in a comparable role

In-depth knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and/or SAP

A strong understanding of sales processes, sales management, and the requirements of an internationally structured sales organization

Experience in gathering and structuring technical requirements, as well as a passion for collaborating with various departments and cross-functional teams

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
