Gathering business requirements and developing appropriate solution approaches in collaboration with the respective business departments
Supporting and coordinating the creation of IT demands and requirements documentation with the specialist department
Managing the handover of requests to IT, as well as ongoing support and collaboration in processing the requests interface function
Advising the specialist departments on process and IT topics and networking with internal and external experts
Supporting the specialist departments in planning and managing the demand portfolio
What you bring to the team
Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, computer science, engineering or business administration
Experience in the systematic documentation of requirements
Initial experience in classic or agile project management
Methodological competence, good analytical skills and limited experience in the analysis and modelling of business processes
Strong interpersonal skills
Very good German language skills and business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of the relevant MS-Office-programmes
