Cost Analyst

The Cost Analyst is an integral role within Dixstone, collaborating with both support and operational teams.

The Cost Analyst will collect and analyze financial information related to organizational expenses, contributing to improve accuracy of budgets and forecasts, and to decrease the cost of assigned department and projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into the various business segments of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process.

  • Review and approve purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation.

  • Monitor and analyze actual expenses to identify variances and improve cost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with business controllers, supply chain and operations teams to gather and analyze financial data.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to actual expenses.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with a "can-do" attitude.

  • 1 year of experience in controlling or audit (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Fluency in French is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
