This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Netherlands. You will work from our Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with the possibility to work from home 1 day per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into clear role profiles and practical sourcing plans.
  • Actively source candidates through direct search, networks and relevant recruitment channels.
  • Represent Reynard in a professional and positive way throughout the candidate journey.
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers informed with clear and timely updates.
  • Keep recruitment data accurate and make progress easy to follow.
  • Work with external agencies when needed, while keeping ownership of the process.
  • Improve recruitment routines, candidate pipelines and hiring processes as Reynard grows.

What we're looking for

  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience with technical, offshore, energy, infrastructure, engineering or project-driven recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills, especially for scarce or hard-to-find candidates.
  • Good command of English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Based in the Netherlands and able to work from our Nieuw-Vennep office 4 days per week, with 1 day per week from home.
  • Available for a full-time, permanent role.

Competencies

  • Hands-on, proactive and well organized.
  • Clear, friendly and reliable in communication and follow-up.
  • Able to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Independent, practical and solution oriented.
  • Strong ownership of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Comfortable managing several vacancies, timelines and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Able to keep quality and candidate care high, also when priorities change.

Ideal candidate

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a background in technical recruitment.
  • Someone who enjoys direct sourcing and knows how to approach scarce talent markets.
  • Someone who likes both the human side of recruitment and the structured side of process, data and follow-up.
  • Someone who wants to help Reynard grow with the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

What we offer

  • A full-time, permanent role in a fast-growing company active in the renewable energy sector.
  • A professional and international working environment with short lines of communication.
  • The opportunity to support meaningful projects in offshore wind, energy and high-voltage services.

Surging electricity demand across Europe, ageing infrastructure and limited capacity among traditional HV contractors are putting grid reliability at risk.
As even short outages disrupt society, electricity certainty isn’t optional.
That’s why Reynard is stepping in, bringing offshore discipline to onshore delivery.
