We are looking for support for our team in Antwerp/ Schelde Region at the earliest date:
 
                                      SUPERINTENDENT (M/F) 
 
Your job: 
  • To maintain, insure and improve the managed vessels in compliance with Class, Flag State, and other compulsory regulations & operational requirements in a safe, effective and cost efficient manner and to support and evaluate Vessel crew.
  • Prepare and maintain technical year plan 
  • Short and Long term maintenance and investment planning (OPEX/ CAPEX)
  • Maintenance scheduling/verification with the Operations Department 
  • Maintain Stock level / spare part control
  • Maintain Technical documentation 
  • Vessel Condition monitoring (Inspections and Reporting)
  • Ensures adequate resourcing
  • Plan/ specification/ tendering/evaluation/awarding/resourcing for Vessel related projects 
  • Maintain excellent communication with vessel/ internal departments and sub-contractors 
 
Your profile:
  • Higher Maritime Education 
  • Fleet Management experience 
  • Enjoying being a team player, engaging and flexible personality
  • Good communication skills in English and Dutch (verbal and written) and good command of computer and MS Office software.
